Refund and Returns Policy

Made to Order

As your gown is made especially for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. You are responsible for ensuring you are 100% happy with your chosen gown before signing, paying your deposit and agreeing for Sophia-Jo to place the order. On collection you are responsible for checking your gown to ensure you are happy, before signing the pick-up slip. We are not liable for any defects once the dress has left the boutique.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during manufacturing. In the event of a genuine manufacturing fault, we can ask for an exchange of the gown. However all items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard.
If for any reason there is a manufacturing fault, postage will be covered by Sophia-Jo Bridal.

Sample Dresses

When purchasing a sample dress, please consider that all sales are final, gowns are ‘sold as seen’ – we do not accept returns or refunds on sample sale items. Any alterations, cleaning or repairs are to be made at your own expense.
